Payment in foreign currency: Cash payments made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah will be converted according to the applicable daily exchange rate.

48 hours or more before departure: No cancellation fee.
Within 47 to 24 hours before departure: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
